If you wish to purchase items at Emall’s platform, we may need to require you to submit some information to verify your identity prior to the acceptance of order. This information may not be limited to the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Contact Details such as Mobile and Landline Number

The prices payable by the customer to Emall under this Agreement will be specified in the applicable order. Unless otherwise expressly stated in an Order, all prices are excluded of shipping rates. If you place an order, the total payable amount will appear on your shopping cart. Please be reminded that our payment methods may be updated from time to time-based on our customers preferred terms. b.) Cash Payment. For those areas which are not covered by are serviceable areas, you may pay your purchased items within 48hrs after purchasing the item to the following payment centers:

Once the purchased item is ready for delivery or in transit, our customer service representative will reach out with you either through SMS/Phone Call to inform you about the delivery. The parcel will be delivered to the Delivery Address set forth by the customer.

The estimated delivery of the parcel may take up to five to seven (5-7) working days nonetheless, we will try to deliver the parcel as early as possible. Hindrance for late delivery may be either of the following:

  • Item Availability
  • Delivery Location
  • Weather Constraints
  • Courier Cut-Off


Customer have the right to cancel the purchased items for as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched. If the parcel is already in transit, the item you wish to cancel will be no longer be cancelled and will be tagged as sold even if the parcel hasn’t been delivered.


All return or replacement of items should be in accordance with Emall’s policies. Our customer service representative and affiliates are not allowed to agree to any return or replaced any item without an investigation. In returning an item, customers have seven (7) business days upon the receipt of item to notify Emall about the reason why you wished to return or replaced the item.

Under Emall’s policies, below are the acceptable reasons for the return or replacement of product/s:

  • Damaged and Defective Item. Item/s is not working properly for its use.
  • Item Different. Item is different from what is being advertised
  • Wrong Item Delivered. Item that was delivered is different or it is not the item purchased.
  • Incomplete Parcel or Missing Parts. The delivered parcel is incomplete or item has missing parts.
  • Mishandled Items. Items were damaged due to courier mishandling.

Once the item has undergone the quality evaluation process, you can expect the replacement to be returned within five to twelve (5-12) days depending on the delivery location and availability of the item. If the item is under a manufacturer’s warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly to process your warranty claim.
