TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. PRICE

1. Price mentioned above is hereby quoted by Emall.ph and has been agreed by the both parties.

2. Quoted price is only valid for 10 days.

3. Quoted price is vat exclusive.

B. ITEM AVAILABILITY

1. All reserved stocks for the specific transaction will only be hold for 10DAYS. If payment has not been made, transaction will automatically be CANCELLED.

2. For Non-COD transaction, payment should be made first before the delivery of the items.

3. If customer decides to change his mind upon the delivery of the item, necessary expense made by Emall.ph will be shouldered by the customer such as shipping and other damages.

C. PAYMENT

1. We require a 30% DOWNPAYMENT before the delivery of the items and the balance to be paid upon the completion of the delivery for all COD Transactions.

2. Payment can be made thru bank or payment centers (LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, Mlhuillier, Pera Padala, Western Union) or Cash on Delivery.

3. Payment deposit slip should be emailed to Emall.ph17@gmail.com and please indicate the Order Number as the subject.

D. DELIVERY

1. All items are set to be delivered 5 to 7 working days for Metro Manila and 10 to 15 working days for Provinces upon sending of PO and completion of the downpayment.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Purchased item may be returned to us within seven (7) working days upon the receipt of the item/s. A return request may be initiated by filling up the return form which can be found in Orders which can be seen in the customer dashboard. Please note that the return request is still subject to certain conditions and will still be under evaluation / investigation. If the 7-day period lapsed, in case the item is still covered by the manufacturer or supplier warranty, please contact the manufacturer or supplier directly to organize the return.
