- A. Click the My Account Button or Log in Button at the top right corner of the webpage
- B. Click Create New Account Button if you do not have existing Emall account.
II. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Click Orders
- Check the status of your order
III. How to remove item in shopping cart?
To remove item(s) in your shopping cart, you can:
- Click on the cart icon to view your shopping cart
- Click on the remove icon
Your cart will be updated and that item will be updated
IV. Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?
- After you placed item(s) for order, our customer service will reach you via phone call to verify your order.
Please note that cancellation of order(s) is not available once you give your confirmation.
V. Can I order bulk items in one transaction?
- Yes, we cater bulk items.

VI. Can I cancel my order?
- Cancelling your order is only available during the confirmation of your order. You will not be able to cancel your order once your order is confirmed and on processing.

VII. What is the payment method?
- COD stands for Cash on Delivery. This is a payment method offered by Emall that gives you the opportunity to pay for the item/s you have ordered only when it gets delivered. Emall covers COD transaction nationwide even outside Metro Manila. We highly recommend that the exact change is prepared for your convenience as our delivery agents may not have that much change on hand.
